To register your foursome, CLICK ON RSVP BUTTON and provide your name, email address and phone number . You can pay here with a credit card.
You will then receive an email Confirmation followed up with a jpeg version of the Event Flyer and Brochure attached. Reply to the Confirmation email with the names in your foursome and a break down of any other items you may wish to purchased below:
• Green Fees @ $125/Player Only
• Golf Package @ $150/Player (Green Fees for one + 14 Raffle Tickets +
1 (One) Reverse Raffle Ticket
• Sponsorship Foursome @ $700 (Includes 4 Golfers +2 Tee Signs + 4 Extra Meal Tickets)
• Added Banquet Dinner Tickets @ $20 Each
• Raffle Tickets @ 3 for $5 or 7 for $10
• 50/50 Reverse Raffle @ 1 for $10
• Helicopter Ball Drop Tickets
• Donation to the Greg Horton Annual Memorial Scholarship
